Care Quality Commission

Care Quality Commission and Regulatory Memberships

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care in England. All independent healthcare providers must be registered with the CQC and be able to demonstrate their compliance to the standards and outcomes.

If the CQC finds a healthcare provider is not meeting common essential quality standards, or they are putting people’s basic rights or safety at risk, they can take enforcement action against the provider.

In addition to CQC registration LINIA is a member of a number of different professional medical bodies who regulate and ensure high standards of care are met. We are also a registered provider of external cosmetic surgery training and CPD courses for surgeons across the industry.

As part of our regulatory compliance, LINIA ensures that all our surgeons are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and are specialists in cosmetic surgery and the procedures they perform with certification which reflects this. Our surgeons have extensive cosmetic surgery experience and regularly perform their specialist surgery.

We are also proud to be finalists for the My Face, My Body Awards 2015 for ‘Best Private Hospital’, and the Aesthetic Awards 2015 ‘Best Clinic Group’.
